We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage core HR operations, assist in recruitment, support employee engagement initiatives, and oversee essential administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
Manage the employee life cycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave tracking in coordination with HRMS
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment-related documents
Recruitment Support
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates at various stages of recruitment
Employee Engagement
Plan and organize monthly birthday celebrations and festival events
Execute employee engagement and team-building activities
Collect and analyze employee feedback and engagement survey data




Administrative Responsibilities
Oversee housekeeping, stationery, office supplies, and vendor coordination
Assist in facility management to ensure cleanliness and workplace upkeep
Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for smooth daily operations
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain statutory compliance documents and records
Support the team in preparing documents for audits and inspections
Uphold confidentiality of employee data and ensure accurate record-keeping

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
Positive command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRMS software is an added advantage
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
