End to end recruitment
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and qualified platforms)
Screening the candidate's resumes & Following up on the interview process status
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
Extensive coordination between - employees, managers, vendors
Performing reference and background checks
Administer recent employee onboarding and orientation.
Collaborate with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.

We are looking for smart committed individuals with - strong communications & team skills, resourcefulness and overall positive attitude who values his/her qualified growth.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
4+ years' experience in Human Resources
Robust recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
Demonstrated expertise in grievance redressal
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
