Job Title: HR Manager/Head

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, manage employee lifecycle processes, and ensure smooth coordination between office and site locations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills, hands-on HR experience, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
Conduct and manage performance appraisals and employee development plans
Coordinate with site teams and manage HR activities across locations
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee databases
Support management in HR strategy, policy implementation, and decision-making
Drive a positive and productive work culture

Requirements:




Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role
Solid knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel for site visits

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
