We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have robust recruitment skills and experience in handling end-to-end hiring processes. Hospitality recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Manage the offer and selection process and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Handle the complete onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, and coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.




Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
Support HR operations and other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
Experience in hospitality recruitment is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have experience hiring for Hotels, Restaurants,Hospitality, F&B;, Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, and other hospitality-related roles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
