Key Responsibilities

Client Hiring
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for client mandates across industries and domains.
Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into accurate hiring strategies.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using both traditional methods and Zepcruit’s AI recruitment platform.

Internal Hiring
Partner with leadership to build Zepcruit’s internal teams across tech, sales, operations, and support.
Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with Zepcruit’s rapid growth vision.
Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership
Mentor and guide junior recruiters/interns to build a high-performing recruitment team.




Leverage data-driven insights (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion) to improve efficiency.
Ensure seamless use of Zepcruit’s AI platform in all recruitment workflows, setting an example for clients.

Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Solid communication and interpersonal
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Willingness to learn and adapt to HR technologies and AI-based hiring tools
