Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales and backend roles
Source candidates through job portals, references, and calling
Screen profiles and schedule interviews
Coordinate with team leaders for hiring requirements
Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and induction
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Requirements
Experience in recruitment or HR calling
Positive communication and coordination skills
Real estate hiring experience preferred
Ability to handle bulk hiring and follow-ups
Preferred Locations Hiring Exposure: Thane, Central Mumbai, Kalyan-Shil/KDM & Pune. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
