Job Summary

Gautam Group is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations, statutory compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and talent acquisition.
Ensure statutory compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.
Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and retention.




Lead and support the HR team while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role.
Robust knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
