Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.
Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
Manage email accounts, user access, and system configurations.
Ensure data security, regular backups, and antivirus protection.
Maintain IT inventory, asset records, and documentation.
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure smooth functioning of office IT systems and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and email configuration.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
