Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot network, internet, email, and system connectivity issues.
Assist with user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and system setup.
Ensure antivirus, software updates, backups, and basic IT security measures are maintained.
Maintain records of IT assets, systems, and equipment issued to employees.
Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.
Support the team in maintaining the confidentiality and security of company data.
Identify and promptly report any unusual system activity, security concerns, or technical issues.
Provide timely IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
