Counsel clients regarding immigration, visa, and overseas education options. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs or visa categories. Explain eligibility criteria, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents.
Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application updates.
Maintain accurate client records and update application status.
Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners when required.
Handle client queries through calls,
WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Follow up with leads and convert prospective clients into customers.
Maintain skilled relationships with clients throughout the process.




Stay updated on relevant immigration and visa process changes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers can apply;

experience in immigration, overseas education, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attention to detail and documentation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in a client-facing environment.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
