Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
Handle employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Address employee grievances and maintain valuable employee relations.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.
Identify training and development requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee documentation.
Support management in workforce planning and other HR activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
