Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and headhunting.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
