Job Position: IT Operations Executive

Location: Surat | In office

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Shift Timings: Monday to Saturday | 11:30 AM – 9:30 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled IT Operations Executive to manage daily IT operations, user administration, device management, technical support, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID & SharePoint Online.
User account creation, permissions, licensing & access management.
Device management for Windows, macOS & iOS.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & Outlook-related issues.
Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
Support data backup, migration, application deployment & system recovery.
Monitor endpoint compliance and assist with basic cybersecurity.
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and asset records.
Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software and technical support.

Required Skills:




Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Intune & Entra ID.
Experience in endpoint/device management and IT support.
Knowledge of RBAC, MDM, backup & data migration.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and networking.
Valuable troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have: PowerShell | Microsoft Defender | Exchange Online | Apple Business Manager | Azure/AWS | ITIL

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
