Assist in recruitment and onboarding of employees, including posting job openings, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support performance appraisal processes, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and programs to improve retention and morale.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Assist in payroll processing, perks administration, and reporting.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, and advantages.
Support management in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review
