About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern IT Recruitment to support our talent acquisition team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end IT hiring, sourcing technical talent, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
Source candidates from job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, etc.
Screen resumes based on technical skills and role requirements
Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate fit
Coordinate technical and HR interviews with candidates and panel members
Maintain and update candidate trackers and ATS
Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and status
Support in offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding activities
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for IT roles
Learn market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices in IT recruitment

Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / MSW / PGDM / Bachelor’s degree (HR or related field) – Pursuing or Completed
Strong interest in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles (training will be provided)
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced workplace
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good to Have
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Prior internship or coursework in HR / Recruitment
Exposure to LinkedIn sourcing or job portals
