We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Export Executive to manage and coordinate day-to-day export operations. The candidate will be responsible for export documentation, customer communication, shipment coordination, order follow-up, and coordination with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely export processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day export operations and documentation.
Prepare invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other export-related paperwork.
Coordinate with international customers regarding orders, quotations, dispatches, and shipment status.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA/customs agents, and logistics partners.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Maintain export records, reports, and documentation.
Follow up on orders, payments, shipments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.




Handle qualified email communication with international clients.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with export procedures and requirements.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Export-Import procedures and documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Qualified email communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with knowledge or qualifications in Commerce, International Business, Export-Import, Logistics, or related fields will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
