Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with hands-on experience hiring for the Adobe technology stack. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and role requirements.
Handle hiring for Adobe technologies, including relevant Adobe Commerce/Adobe Experience Cloud roles.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.

Key Skills & Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid knowledge and experience in Adobe technology stack hiring.
Experience in sourcing and hiring technical professionals.
Positive understanding of technical roles and IT skill sets.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
