Position: IMPEX Assistant – Import & Export

Location: Sindhu Bhavan, Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Key Responsibilities
Assist in import & export documentation and record keeping.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters and shipping agents.
Prepare and maintain invoices, packing lists, shipping documents and other export documents.
Assist in tracking shipments and updating shipment status.
Coordinate with internal departments for dispatch and documentation.
Maintain proper records of import/export transactions.
Support the team in day-to-day IMPEX activities.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of Import/Export processes will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
