Position: Jr. Engineer – Finishing

Experience: 5 Years

We are looking for a Jr. Engineer – Finishing with around 5 years of experience in residential/commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating finishing activities at the project site while ensuring quality, timelines, and proper execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor finishing activities at the project site.
Coordinate execution of plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, POP/false ceiling, doors & windows, and other finishing works.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other site teams.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify finishing defects/snags.
Ensure timely completion of finishing activities as per project schedule.
Check material quality and ensure proper material utilization.
Maintain daily progress reports,



measurements, checklists, and relevant site documentation.
Coordinate with QA/QC and other departments for inspection and quality compliance.
Monitor safety practices during site execution.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Around 5 years of relevant experience in finishing/site execution.
Experience in Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Building Projects preferred.
Robust knowledge of finishing activities and construction practices.
Valuable coordination and site supervision skills.
Ability to read and understand civil/architectural drawings.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in residential real estate projects and building finishing works will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
