We are looking for an Academic Counselor / Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and understand their educational and career requirements.

Connect with prospective students through calls and other communication channels.

Provide information about courses, programs, and career opportunities.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Achieve individual and team sales/conversion targets.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective students.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in academic counselling, education sales, inside sales, or telecalling preferred.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Ability to understand customer needs and drive conversions.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1+ Years

Salary: Up to ₹45,000/month
