About The Role The Wellness Shop is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This internship is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels
Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on role requirements
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate and recruitment data using Excel and MIS trackers
Supporting the onboarding and documentation process for current hires




Assisting with employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks
Preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers
Supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team with day-to-day activities
