nAbout the Role

nWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Learning Operations Intern to support learner engagement and day-to-day activities within the Learning Team. The role will involve regularly connecting with learners, tracking their progress and supporting smooth program delivery.

nKey Responsibilities

Call learners regarding attendance, assignments, assessments and upcoming sessions
n
Follow up with inactive or at-risk learners and encourage participation
n
Understand learner concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution
n
Maintain accurate calling, follow-up and learner-engagement trackers
n
Support learner communication through calls, WhatsApp, email and LMS
n




Assist with live-session coordination and faculty follow-ups
n
Track attendance, submissions, assessments and learner feedback
n
Support the Learning Team with reports and other operational activities
n

nSkills Required

Positive verbal and written communication skills
n
Comfortable speaking with learners over calls
n
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
n
Robust coordination, follow-up and organisational skills
n
Patient and empathetic approach toward learners
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
n
