About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR activities. This is a hands-on chance to gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition, Candidate Management, and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with job postings and recruitment documentation.
Support day-to-day HR and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate with the recruitment team on ongoing hiring requirements.

Requirements
Graduate / pursuing graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR, Management,



or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a quick-paced environment.
