Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Accounts Executive to manage inventory movement, documentation, billing, quotations and basic accounts-related activities for our jewellery manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain raw material inventory including gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones and other materials.
Monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies.
Maintain finished jewellery stock.
Record material inward, outward and issue entries.
Prepare daily/weekly inventory and outstanding reports.
Maintain proper documentation for all material and financial transactions.
Prepare quotations and sales invoices.
Record purchase invoices.




Track Accounts Payable and supplier payments.
Track Accounts Receivable and customer payments.
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers.
Assist management with inventory and payment-related reports when required.
Coordinate with Production, Sales and Accounts teams.

Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of relevant experience in Inventory, Accounts, Jewellery or Manufacturing.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with Tally or other accounting/inventory software will be an advantage.
Experience handling jewellery/diamond inventory will be a strong advantage.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,608.04 per month
