Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our Tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, dashboard development, and performance optimization using Tableau. He should have a solid hold on ETL and Data warehousing. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver insightful and scalable dashboards that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboards and visualizations
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create data visualizations that are transparent,



concise, and actionable
Optimize dashboard performance and implement best practices for data visualization
Solid understanding of HCP, HCO, Patient, Territory, Product, Payer, and Specialty Pharmacy data models within the pharmaceutical domain
Design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines or underlying code to enhance data warehouse system
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance to junior developers
Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and industry trends

Required Skills Qualifications:
4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau/Power BI development
Prior experience in managing client stakeholders and junior team members
A background in managing Life Science clients is mandatory
Extensive hands-on experience in working with cloud data warehouses like Redshift, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, etc. And Proficiency in SQL, Data Modeling, and designing ETL pipelines is a must
