HIRING | INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

I’m looking for someone to join Shiv Shakti Sweets & Savouries in Ahmedabad.

Our goal is simple — take our sweets & savouries to international markets.

I’m looking for someone who can find markets, build international relationships and bring business from outside India.

Experience: 5–10 years

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Identify new international markets and business opportunities•

Find and approach importers, distributors, retailers and international buyers
Developnew overseas accounts from scratch
Generate international enquiries and convert them into business
Build relationships with international clients and partners
Explore NRI, ethnic food and modern retail opportunities
Handle negotiations, pricing, quotations and business closures
Build and manage the international business pipeline
Develop market-entry strategies for current countries
Coordinate with internal teams to execute international orders





I’M LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
5–10 years of International Business Development / Export Sales experience
Solid international business development exposure — MUST
Experience in FMCG / Food / Sweets / Snacks preferred
Existing international buyer / distributor network — BIG PLUS
Strong understanding of overseas markets and B2B sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to independently open current markets and develop business
Strong follow-up and closing ability

I’m not looking for someone to just manage accounts.

I want someone who can take a product, find the right market, find the right people and bring the business.
