Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive to support our Finance, Accounts & Compliance team in day-to-day accounting, receivables management, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate records.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up with clients for outstanding payments.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Support GST, TDS, and Import Remittance Compliance activities.
Maintain accounting transactions and records in Zoho Books.
Prepare reports and perform accounting-related activities using MS Excel.
Draft skilled emails and coordinate with clients/vendors for payment follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience
B.Com / M.Com.
CA Inter pursuing candidates preferred.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Skills Required
Robust knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
High proficiency in MS Excel.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Zoho Books.
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.
Learning & Growth
Practical exposure to accounting, receivables, banking, GST, TDS, and compliance.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and MS Excel.
