This person will handle the daily accounting work and export paperwork for Petra Industries Ltd. They should know Tally well and be comfortable working with data in sheets. They will make sure GST/TDS reports are correct and export documents are done on time.

Accounting Work
Enter daily purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries in Tally.
Calculate GST and TDS correctly and on time.
Keep financial records updated and ready for audit at all times.

Export Documents
Prepare shipping documents such as Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Sample Invoice.
Track export orders and shipments to make sure they reach on time.
Check and record bank payments received for exports.

Reports & Teamwork
Use Google Sheets and Excel to keep business reports updated.
Keep paper and digital files organized and easy to find.




Work with the Accounts and Sales teams to keep documents in sync.

Skills Needed
Accounting Software: Must know TallyPrime and Tally ERP well
Data Work: Positive with Google Sheets and Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF)
Tax Knowledge: Valuable understanding of GST and TDS rules
