Job Summary

Role: Industrial Trainee. Location: Bangalore. The Industrial Trainee will be part of the Finance team and will gain structured exposure across Financial Planning, Treasury, Financial Modelling, and Debt.Management. The role is designed to provide practical experience aligned with ICAI training requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a robust understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
Support development of financial models for business planning
Perform variance analysis and track key financial metrics
Assist in cash flow management and working capital monitoring
Prepare financial data and reports for investors




Support in preparation of management reports and presentations

Key Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
CA Intermediate cleared (Both Groups)
Eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI norms
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced level preferred)
Candidates available for immediate joining preferred
