Key Responsibilities
Handle customer/seller queries through international chat support.
Provide accurate and skilled resolutions to seller-related queries.
Maintain quality and productivity targets.
Follow process guidelines and company policies.
Ensure a positive seller experience through effective communication.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: Graduation is compulsory.
Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Valuable typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in an international chat process.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Candidates should be willing to work from the Jaipur office.
