Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities:
Strong experience in Application Support and Production Support.
Hands-on experience in Incident Management and Ticket Management.
ServiceNow is mandatory.
Solid experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and issue resolution.
Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and support processes.
Must have experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager.
Solid People Management and Team Management experience.
Ability to monitor tickets, SLAs, team performance, and production issues.
Positive coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders.
