Role & responsibilities
Manage key client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, service delivery, and manpower deployment.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
Monitor manpower, attendance, productivity, and operational performance.
Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless service delivery.
Prepare operational reports, MIS, and performance reviews.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and account growth.
Preferred candidate profile Solid Property Management experience Client management and account handling expertise Knowledge of IFM operations, SLAs, and KPIs Experience in business development and account growth Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills Exposure to P&L; management and operational excellence
