Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development and delivery of Java-based software solutions supporting business needs.
Drive new technology ideas, initiatives, and policies within the assigned area.
Support and enhance the FS Analytics platform and its technology capabilities.
Execute IT strategy, complex technology initiatives, and delivery programs.
Analyze multiple sources of information and prepare clear summaries and insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with technology and business leadership to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Ensure technology capabilities support client demand and business growth.





Requisites
Strong experience in Java and software engineering.
Experience in IT strategy, technology delivery, and complex initiatives.
Solid understanding of the relevant functional/technology domain.
Ability to communicate and present information clearly to technology and business leadership.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a financial services / institutional technology setting would be relevant based on the role description.
