We’re looking for a hands-on Chef to manage the day-to-day food operations of our small coffee shop.

Responsibilities
Prepare food consistently according to recipes and standards.
Manage daily prep, kitchen opening/closing, and cleanliness.
Maintain inventory, storage, and ingredient quality.
Coordinate purchasing and minimize food wastage.
Help develop and improve the menu.
Maintain food costing, portions, and basic kitchen SOPs.
Ensure hygiene and food-safety standards.
Work closely with the owner and front-of-house team.
Train and manage kitchen helpers as the team grows.

Ideal Candidate
Experience as a chef/cook in a café, restaurant, or similar setup.
Organized, clean, reliable, and hands-on.
Comfortable working independently in a small team.
Positive understanding of food prep, inventory, and costing.
Practical mindset with an ability to build easy systems.
