: Kitchen Steward

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Stewards with 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Hygiene
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and workstations.
Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Utility Operations
Operate and handle manual cleaning tasks.
Assist in waste segregation and disposal.
Ensure proper storage of kitchen tools and supplies.
Support to Culinary Team
Provide chefs with clean and ready-to-use equipment.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries.
Organize kitchen storage areas for efficiency.
Maintenance & Safety




Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly.
Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and safely.

Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of experience as a Kitchen Steward/Utility Worker in hotels, restaurants, or catering services.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards of hygiene and sanitation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
Strong teamwork.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
