Experience:

6 8 Years
Provide technical administration, configuration, and support for Kronos Workforce Management (UKG WFM).
Configure and maintain Kronos WFM applications, interfaces, and technical components.
Support integrations between Kronos and HR, Payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot application, interface, data, and user-access issues.
Work with APIs, web services, data interfaces, and integration processes as required.
Analyze technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolution.
Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing, deployment, and production releases.
Work with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records,



and support procedures.
Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams and participate in incident, change, and problem management.
