Position: L&D; Trainer – Sales Enablement

Location: Chennai (work from office)

Experience: 5+ years in Learning & Development, with a solid track record of training and upskilling sales teams

Preferred: Prior experience in a SaaS/software company

What we're really looking for: someone who can quickly learn our product inside-out and then break it down and teach it to the sales team in a easy, easy-to-understand way — like a teacher, not just a presenter. Robust communication skills and the ability to simplify technical/product concepts are a must.

Key responsibilities will include:
Learning our product deeply (features, use cases, positioning) and staying current as it evolves.
Designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs for the sales team.
Building product training modules, and skill-development workshops.
Running interactive sessions (not just lectures) with quizzes, role-plays, and practice pitches.
Partnering with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.
