Key Responsibilities
Support the Innovation Business teams in various geos to efficiently identify and address innovation legal issues.
Conduct legal assessments of new innovative initiatives, including identifying risks and related mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across GSL and the wider Accenture Legal Team.
Develop explicit communication messages and guidance to enable the business and other Legal teams across Accenture.
Contribute to templates and training materials for the Innovation teams and other Legal teams including those responsible for client-facing contracting.
Take on assignments as required by the Innovation Legal Lead or the changes in business priorities.

Knowledge Skills and Experience
8+ years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
Extensive experience at a law firm and/or as in-house counsel with special focus on product and offering counsel work, identifying risks and proposing solutions in a legally compliant manner.




Experience in intellectual property and understanding of or willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks that may apply to the innovations.

Education and Qualifications

Education: JD or equivalent degree or legal qualification and admitted to the bar (or local equivalents) in positive standing or otherwise authorized to practice law
