Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and systems.

Key Responsibilities:-
Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, email accounts, and system configurations.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic networking issues.
Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security software.
Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure systems are available and functioning properly.




Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and equipment records.
Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions, assets, and configurations.

Preferred candidate profile :-
Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and networking.
Troubleshooting skills for desktop, laptop, printer, and software issues.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of antivirus, cybersecurity, and data backup.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple IT support requests and prioritize tasks.
