Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer Lead to lead the design team and drive the end-to-end design process across web and mobile projects. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in UI/UX, excellent design thinking, and the ability to lead designers while collaborating closely with project, development, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the UI/UX design team and manage multiple client projects.
Understand client requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Create and review wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and quality across projects.
Mentor designers and provide design feedback and direction.
Collaborate with clients, developers, project managers, and other teams.
Present designs to clients and handle design-related discussions.




Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and design workflows.
Explore and implement AI-powered design solutions, including AI-driven UX patterns, personalization, automation, and intelligent user experiences.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design technologies, and industry trends, and identify opportunities to integrate them into client projects.

Requirements
5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a service-based
Solid portfolio showcasing web, mobile, and SaaS/product designs.
Excellent knowledge of Figma, UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
Proven experience in leading/mentoring a design team.
Robust communication, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
