Job Summary

We are looking for a Lab Chemist to handle physical and chemical analysis, laboratory testing, instrument calibration, sample management, quality documentation, and compliance requirements. The candidate will also support internal audits and quality documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products as per defined quality standards.
Perform sample extraction for Aflatoxin testing and operate/handle HPLC instruments.
Carry out internal calibration and verification of laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.
Coordinate and perform HPLC calibration as per the required procedures.
Maintain all laboratory samples, testing materials, chemicals, and necessary stationery.
Manage the inventory of laboratory chemicals and testing materials and ensure timely availability.
Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of the laboratory.
Prepare and regularly update arrival analysis reports and finished product reports.
Enter and maintain laboratory/testing data in TCS software.
Verify and compare internal vs.



external laboratory reports and highlight discrepancies, if any.
Verify quality control reports on time to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and ISO 22000 requirements.
Support timely closure of IQA findings, Non-Conformities (NCs), and corrective actions.
Assist in internal audits, including audit preparation, documentation, and compliance activities.
Support the Quality team in maintaining required laboratory and quality documentation.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in physical and chemical laboratory analysis.
Practical knowledge of HPLC operation and calibration.
Experience in Aflatoxin sample extraction/testing will be preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 17025 and ISO 22000 requirements.
Good understanding of laboratory instruments, calibration, and verification.
Positive documentation and reporting skills.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory safety.
Valuable computer skills and experience with laboratory/ERP software.
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
