Job Summary

AEC Associates is looking for a Market Research & Collateral Specialist to support our Sales, Marketing, and Studio teams. The role focuses on market/prospect research, sales collateral management, proposal support, and competitive intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
Research target markets, sectors, geographies, and prospective companies, particularly in the AEC/MEP industry.
Track industry trends, competitors, project prospects, and market developments.
Create and maintain prospect/company profiles to support sales outreach.
Own and update the company's decks, case studies, catalogues, one-pagers, and proposal content.
Collect project information, visuals, and technical inputs from the Studio team.
Gather client wins, testimonials, RFP feedback, and market insights from Sales.
Assemble and customize sales decks, proposals, RFPs/RFIs using existing templates and content.




Maintain a well-organized, version-controlled central collateral library.
Prepare short market, competitor, and sector briefs for Sales and leadership.

Required Skills
Robust market research and information-synthesis skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, industry reports, and public company data.
Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and proactively follow up for inputs.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field.
2–5 years' experience in market research, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, marketing operations, or similar roles.
AEC/MEP/engineering/construction industry experience is an advantage.
