Responsibilities
Perform analysis and design of storage tanks, and other specialty structures.
Experienced in Analyzing and design of Pressure Vessel, Pressure vessel components, Analyzing Strength of Nozzle.
Perform tank design calculations, generated tank design sketches, custom design reports for various clients and prepare evaluation letters.
Checking the drawings for any special material, welding requirements, NDE, insulation and coating requirements.
Checking the drawings for any dimensional errors, design requirements Bill of material lists, special detailing requirements, customer standards.
Prepare in-house training materials covering design aspects of tanks and vessels as per API and ASME codes.
Prepare Design Calculations.
Perform Pipe Stress Analysis, Vibration Analysis, Modal Analysis, and Harmonic Analysis
