We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our team at Convate Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in land acquisition and recruitment services, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective land acquisition strategies to meet business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential land acquisition prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, developers, and government agencies.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with landowners and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of land acquisition projects.




Monitor and report on land acquisition progress, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in land acquisition or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the employment firm/recruitment industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of the recruitment process and its principles.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
