Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
Handle machine assembly, installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
Identify root causes of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Inspect and maintain motors, drives, sensors, ball screws, guideways, lubrication and coolant systems.
Ensure machine accuracy, performance and uptime.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Mechanical and Service teams for timely issue resolution.
Support continuous improvement and reduction of machine downtime.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
