Branding & Marketing Trainee – Kefilo & HiWox

Salary: ₹20,000/month

We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Trainee who can take ownership of end-to-end marketing and branding activities for two growing businesses — Kefilo (food & nutrition) and HiWox (healthcare & wellness).

This is a hands-on role. You will not be limited to social media posting — you will be involved in building the brands, generating leads, creating partnerships and executing marketing activities both online and offline.

What you will handle
Build and execute marketing strategies for Kefilo and HiWox
Manage social media, content planning and brand communication
Create campaigns, promotions and marketing initiatives
Identify and develop B2B and B2C partnerships
Generate leads through online and offline activities
Visit gyms, hospitals, wellness centres, businesses and potential partners
Handle brand activations, events and local marketing campaigns
Coordinate with designers, content creators and other team members
Track marketing performance, leads and conversions
Research competitors, customers and new marketing opportunities
Help build the brands from the ground up

What we are looking for




Valuable understanding of branding and marketing
Strong communication and networking skills
Comfortable meeting people and building partnerships
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities
Willingness to work both online and offline
Creative mindset with a practical approach to marketing
Valuable knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Basic understanding of Canva, content creation and digital marketing
Willingness to travel locally for meetings, partnerships and marketing activities

Mandatory requirements
Must have a bike
Must have a valid driving licence (DL)
Must have a personal laptop
Must be based in or around Bhubaneswar
Comfortable with regular field work and offline meetings

Compensation

₹20,000/month

This role is suitable for someone who wants to actually learn how brands are built — from strategy and content to partnerships, field marketing, customer acquisition and execution.

If you are someone who wants a routine 9-to-5 marketing job with only social media posting, this role may not be the right fit.
