Role & responsibilities
Ensure uninterrupted power, utilities, and sterilization support for plant operations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment, including packaging, printing, and sealing machines, as well as facility infrastructure.
Monitor equipment performance, maintenance records, and spare inventory to maximize uptime and reliability.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and facility maintenance requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. with 2 to 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, including packaging, printing, and sealing machines.
Solid technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with expertise in electrical systems, utilities, and production equipment maintenance.
Positive communication, teamwork, and safety awareness, with a commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
