Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Professional Trainer to train students in skilled beauty and salon skills through classroom and practical sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct theory and practical training for students.
Demonstrate skilled salon and beauty techniques.
Train students in industry-standard services, tools, products, and hygiene practices.
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct practical assessments and skill evaluations.
Maintain training records and student progress.
Keep students updated with the latest beauty and salon trends.
Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment.

Requirements
2–5 years of relevant Beauty / Salon / Training experience.




Strong practical knowledge of professional salon services.
Previous experience as a Beauty Trainer, Salon Trainer, or Academy Trainer preferred.
Excellent communication and teaching skills.
Valuable presentation, grooming, and student-handling skills.
Passion for training and developing students.
