Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations & company HR policies.

Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & other statutory compliances.

Required Candidate profile

Manage PF registrations, monthly contributions, reconciliations, transfers, withdrawals & employee queries. Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave, onboarding, exit, & employee lifecycle processes.
