ManageEngine Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end Proof of Concept (POC), installation, and post-installation support for ManageEngine solutions both remotely (via MS Teams) and on-site at client premises.
Execute structured deployment and configuration of Unified Endpoint Management (Endpoint Central) servers and client agents.
Implement and configure ITSM operations using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Troubleshoot agent-server communication issues, firewall blocks, and proxy configurations to maintain optimal agent health.
Manage Active Directory (AD) synchronization for automated user discovery and group policy (GPO)-based agent rollouts.
Build and generate custom operational and compliance audit reports covering overall IT infrastructure health.
Follow defined Plans of Action (POA)



and maintain structured technical documentation and work files.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting ManageEngine Endpoint Central and ServiceDesk Plus.
Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of Endpoint Central architecture, client deployment, AD/GPO integration, and ITSM workflows.
Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills for client handling, disciplined execution against POAs, and clear documentation capabilities.
Commute & Mobility: Must possess own conveyance for local travel to client sites across Delhi.
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday; 1st and 3rd Saturdays are off).

Important Note: This is an implementation-specific role. Candidates with purely System Administrator backgrounds need not apply. Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
